# Commercial database subscriptions
An active paid database subscription grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy the database on 1 internal server (seats: 1) by default. If you need to deploy the database on more than 1 server, each additional server requires an extra server seat (+$149/mo per server). IPScope databases cannot be shared, bundled into third-party software, sublicensed, or sold.
